What *IS* Willis Talking About?

I love my “letter” blogs, and C is already snapped and almost done, but I figured if I keep doing them daily, I am going to run out of letters in 26 days!… So INTERIM BLOG TIME!

Now, anyone that knows me.. knows I have skins, lots of skins, over a four figure number of skins (I gave up counting at 1069 anddd that was nearly 2 years ago ).

I was SO SO SOOOO giddy about the Skin Fair, I have A LOT of the demos, and I need to go back and purchase! One set that really caught my eye were the new Gala Skins. Funnily enough, i’d only TP’d to Gala’s main shop the day the Skin Fair opened to see if she’d released anything i’d missed, but newp.. I had them all, in various tones, so I sauntered off sulking.

When I found her at the Skin Fair I was like HOMIGAWISHHHHH and yes, I couldn’t type then either. I wished I could afford them all, but… in my new found kinda poorness, I was sensible and picked the pack I adored the most, but I may go back and buy more, but for now… I am happy.

Here are the tones, and yes, scuse the demos.. :

So yes, these are definately a set of skins that will be placed in my *Favs folder, for sure. They are very much like old gala skins in the body respect, but they have a more “realistic” approach to them this time, and isn’t the nose just the cutest?! I fell in love with that instantly. The lips are also mod, so you can make them slightly darker or lighter, as you wish. I do wish that maybe there were a few more lip options, and perhaps a freckle option, but overall I am ever so pleased with them!

Another skin that caught my eye was the La Sylphide from Stephanie Misfit, they are very very soft looking with sexy, glossy lips. There are oodles of choices in the Ingrid line, I have showcased just a few (yes in demos, I couldn’t rez the actual boxes… but I *WILL* be purchasing a few, for sure!), below, and there is a freebie, too (not pictured):

Finally, Roberta Beauchamps take on Eloh skins rawk, as do Popfuzz’s Skins, particularly the <3 Cupcakes collaboration… Fleurs Marni and Nora’s Samantha… Tuli has a lovely freebie… oh man, I could go on FOREVER, but I have a billionty more demo’s to go through, and like I said, I have to go back and pick up a few things and decide what I *really* want, but the above mentioned ones are pictured below:

Overall, there’s a really nice range of new and old, classic and more “out there”. It was great to see “bigger” designers dotted around with designers i’d never heard of before, I think it’s a good idea, much like the hair fair and there are certainly a few skins i’ve seen and fell in love, and a few i’ve not been that enthralled with, but that’s the great thing about us all, we have our own favs, our own dislikes and if we didn’t, we’d all look like weirdo clones!
