Exceptionally embarrassing when you have to do them ALL THE TIME and then go and do it over the phone when placing catalogue orders and what not. Although in fairness catalogue people are patronising wankers anyway. “Would you like a set of towels for £19.99?” “No! I’ve just bought an inflatable dildo and a bucket of eels! Wtf do I need towels for?”
