I thought Q was letter of evil, OH HOW I WAS WRONG! X is by FAR eviler! I have again “cheated” on this one as nobody I could find has an X named skin, but then I didn’t look far if i’m honest, and also I had no clothes, so hey ho, enjoy this quick X blog LOL!

The hair, as usual, is from ETD, Elika obliged with an X hair and I LOVE it!!! Xaria is a really cute piggie style with some deep swept bangs for a more severe look than you usually get on piggies, well they are more like piggie buns really, whatever they are they are cute and they begin with X, Xaria ftw!!!

Both the eyes and the skin are from XS, that is where the cheating comes in with the X, I first saw this skin on Arbel and she looked GOIGEOUS in it, I think it might be a bit “darker” for my taste, but the skin tones were REALLY hard to pinpoint down into one that really suited, they were either uber light, or too dark… so I got the one I most liked, which was DarkLatte, and I chose the “Shadows” make-up, there were others to chose, but I liked that the most. The eyes came with the skin and are an awesome shade of Blue, I think!

Also shown… are Xcite! Whipmarks (and various other invisbubble Xcite! things.. I kid, I KID, REALLY! SRSLY, I KID!!!!) which began with X, so they got slapped on, or whipped on, whatev.

That is it for X, it sucked, right? But at least I had an uber pretty hair and a nice skin on, right? RIGHT?

Other X for this post is uh… Xantham Gum… hehehe, makes me giggle.

Yep yep, it’s another letter, it’s W this time!  We are soooo closing in, but I already have my next set of blog ideas ready, WOOT!

I had *so* many W’s I wanted to share with you, this letter is probably by far one of the hardest i’ve had to do because there were SO many options!

I did considering going with an entire Willis made up of either Willis or Willow named stuff, but I thought it might look a bit mish mashy   So I hope you enjoy W as much as I enjoyed (and wanted to stab things cos I couldn’t choose) putting it together!

As I mentioned, I haven’t got PS on my new fabtop yet, so I made a piccy, but you can find all fullsized pics for closer looks at the clothing and stuff (if you want) on my Flickr page

So… if we are starting with what hair I chose, it was, of course.. WILLIS!!!   ETD is my hair shop of choice, and Willis was made for meeeeeeee (duh) and I heart it with all my being, it is one of my bestest ever hairs, and there isn’t just Willis there is Willis II, and Willis III also, now… let’s get Elika working on the next one, eh?    Willis is a braided hairstyle, and is shown here in Blonde Frosted, if you don’t have this style, for shame, ppl!

The eyes are from Hosequeen and I have NO idea if they even still exist in world, but they do in my inventory, so there!   They are Wild Blue eyes and you can’t see the detail very well in my pics (even on my flickr page), they have specks of teal in them, so matched my top fabuuuuulously!

The skin is actually half by me! By half… I mean… it’s an Eloh skin that I “modded”, it’s nothing special and it’s not the best one I actually modded but hey, it’s called Willowmod3, so it’s a W, right?   Anyone that hasn’t tried modding a skin yet should try, its awesome fun, even without any talent you can still enjoy it and mock yourself later

The outfit was what I had most trouble with, there were SO many I wanted to mix and match, but I ended up opting for a fairly casual look to match my casual Willis braids!   The top is from Torrid, and it’s part of the “Worn” set, it comes with some awesome capris and the top in various colours, I think it’s such a sexy top, it bares just enough skin to be sexy, not slutty… shame that, eh?

The Jeans I opted for are the Winter Moon Sig Jeans!  A nice and simple, casual pair of pants, pair them with a casual tee, a going out top, or even just wear them with nothing else, you’ll get looks whatever you wear em with!

The shoes are ETD Wedge Pumps, shown in Black, available in a whole rainbow (ish) of colours, a lovely pair of shoes by a lubberly person for luvvvverly ppls!   I don’t speak about shoes much, shoes and I don’t mesh

The final part of the outfit is from Artilleri and is the Wing Heart Necklace, i’m wearing the Black Beads version but it comes in various other colours and it’s a gorgeous addition to a casual outfit, probably look better if I had a more plunging neckline, but it was a W, so it was added

Finally, what is W to me?  Well it’s a lot of things, but mainly, of course, it’s Willow, or Willis as I prefer to be called, I dunno why, it’s a nickname that stuck and I love (along with Wizzy, Wellies, Wheelie-bin (don’t ask) and others), why did I choose Willow?  I just love the name, and I love Buffy and when I saw Zander as a surname when I was signing up I just had to do it, and I didn’t want to be OVERLY geeky and have Buffy Zander, so Willow was born!   I wanted to call Sian Willow, but Simon wouldn’t have it, bastard!

Final W = Whispering Falls, the new land that my sis, WillowC and I have just purchased, it’s where the pictures were taken and it’s the most GORGEOUS piece of land with a wonderful view, we’ve spent all weekend faffing with it and it probably still isn’t right, but it’s gorgeous, pretty, wonderful and it’s goin to be home, we WILL get the fun back into SL with the old gang, and new friends alike, long live Whispering Falls, and friendship! <3

So, I couldn’t think of a witty OR interesting title for this one, I should be sacked, I should also be sacked because I totally forgot to change my eyes to a “V” pair, so plz, forgive meh!!!

Also, excuse the pictures in this one, I have a new laptop (no longer known as craptop, now known as fabtop!) and I don’t have PS on it yet, for that I blame my other half. I said “I don’t have PS on my new laptop, can you move it over for me?” Him: “You can do that” Me: “uh can’t you?” Him: “I don’t have anything to do it here”… well wtf… if YOU don’t have anything, how the hell do I? FFS – MEN! Why *DO* we bother?

Anyway, I went for a bit of a different look today, a girlier, more vintage style look, I believe. This kind of look *really* isn’t me usually, but I ended up digging it.

If we start with the hair and skin… the hair is ETD (duh) and is Vivian, it’s a really nice chignon style, all pulled back and kinda stern looking (I dunno why I think it’s stern, I just do) and much better paired with an “evening” style look rather than casual, shown here in just one of the many fabulous textures, and one of my favs that I begged Elika to bring back… Strawberry Burnt! The skin is from my crackskindealer Starley and is a Deviant Nation skin in Champagne, a tone lighter than I normally wear, but I do like to chop and change . This is Vamp – Bewitch, from the name you’d expect it to be heavily made up, but it’s not! Some succulent looking lips with dark eyeliner for a vampy, yet subtle look.

The outfit is/was a dress set from Last Call and is Veronica. I own ALL the dresses that Ginny ever made, and although I don’t often wear a dress I do love to have them in my inventory, because I am a shopping freak, and I like to own everything… ever . Veronica isn’t that dressy, it’s more of a vintage look if you ask me. This set comes with everything you see and it also comes with a top the same, minus the belt, but with tie sides, that looks pretty nifty paired with a pair of jeans!

The shoes are also from the brand formerly known as LC Vamp – Jaywak and are Vivica, I gotta admit I don’t *DO* shoes often, I have my trainers, I have my boots… shoe are a different story, I like them.. but I don’t often wear outfits to go with them, but these are really cute and went well with the “vintage” style look I was aiming for.

Finally to top off the outfit I chose a piece of jewellery from Shiny Things – Veronique shown in Moonstone, available in other colours, and also comes with earrings (not shown), a simple and classic piece with intricate detailing, a bit of an oxymoron, I know!

So that’s V, its a bit rushed, but I did it!

The only other V I feel like mentioning is Veal… who the effin hell eats it and wtf does it taste like? A question i’ve often pondered!

The A-Z Blogging of Fashion is coming to an end!  After this blog tehre is only what… 5 letters left, EEKZORZ!

First up I spose we start with the Hair.  The Unique is/was part of ETD’s Couture Collection that was retired not so recently, after Elika incorporated them into her “Normal” Collection with newer textures.  The Unique was probably my fav of the CC, it struck me as something not ordinary, but not over the top weird, pretty perfect and pretty much how my hair tends to fly in RL sometimes!  I chose the colour Rust, as I don’t often go Red, not since my newb days (and that was blood red ), so… sorry if you guys don’t own this, cos it rules!

The Eyes are again, what one may call ” a cheat “, I would disagree!  They are from Celestial Studios and are part of the Unnatural Series, in Green!  The Series begins with a U, so hush it!    I love the strikingly bright colour of these, not really that Unnatural, but not your every day set of eyes either, score!

The Skin is a Skin i’ve been trying to get to “fit” me forever.  Launa’s Chai Skins really do look GORGEOUS… on her, and a lot of other ppl, on me… not so gorgeous   I found my face looked all weird, but I think I got it to a semi reasonable state by fiddling with sliders a bit and perfecting myself a “Chai” shape.  Undine is one of the Chai makeups I like most.   It’s gorgeously pale/nude lips with just a smidge of colour, and the brighter eyes, not too heavy, but noticable, and of course I chose the freckled version, freckles FTW!

The outfit was a toughy, I had a lot of U outfits in my folder, but wanted to mix and match a bit, and i’ll be buggered if half the stuff wouldn’t sodding match very well!  In the end I opted for a skirt from Nyte N Day, part of the Unravel Dress, and a very nice dress it was too, until I took the skirt away, but still a nice skirt, no?  Excuse the suckiness of prim to clothing colour match, I blame WL    The Uptown Top I am wearing is from Refuge and upon close inspection I notice it’s more like a Shrug and a Top in one!  All on one layer, it’s perfectly simple and would look awesome with jeans, skirts, or just on it’s own, hey.. why the hell not, eh?

Finally the Shoes, another Uptown set, this time KCD, where Kimberly designs gorgeous shows, fantastic jewellery and some of the best slipper EVAH.  Again a simple pair that looked great with this outfit, but when I changed into Jeans when I relogged, look just as awesome!

U in RL.. hmmm what U can I think of, the only U is Urethra and I don’t really wanna talk about those!  So I guess i’ll leave you with Underwear, hate the sodding stuff, boobs should always defy gravity and well.. don’t get me started on pants/knickers/pantaloons/wtfevers.. just DO NOT (hate cheesestring pants, EEWWW).

Firstly i’m sorrry about the lack of updates, I think I thought it would be easier to juggle RL, SL, LOTRO and stuff, but clearly, I was wrong RL has been uber hectic, Sian is now furniture cruising, so I need eyes in the back of my sodding head! She’s 7mths old already, time has flown so quickly and I have to return to work soon (BOOOOOOOO), but I figured it was time to come on and get T done and dusted!

This is my normal kind of look, I say normal, but i’m a bit of a chameleon anyway one day I like to be in a floaty dress/skirt set, the next I like to boy it up with clunky boots and stuff, but I really liked the way T turned out, hope you guys do too!

If we start with the skin, this is a Vogue skin, by Starleypants <3, and is one of the Deviant Nation collection. Shown in the tone Amber, one of my fav tones and it’s Drama Queen – Trash. I love this skin because you look at the name and expect Trash to equal looking a right state (or you do if you’re me), but you don’t look a state, you look spectacular!  On the top of the eyelids you have a gorgeous peacock green and under the eye you have a sexy sky blue, a great mix and with the addition of really simple flesh tone lips, this is one makeup that can be mixed with ANY style you want to pull off!

The hair is from Kin and it’s Tara in Blonde. This must be one of my all time fav Kin hairs, I love the hat, I love the tousled hair, I just love it, basically! It’s definately a casual only style, you couldn’t really get away with that hat and a skirt, you could try tho!   I think this could probably be classed as one of the best styles on the grid, but maybe i’m biased, who knows??

The eyes are a bit of a cheat, I digress.   I couldn’t find a “T” eye ANYWHERE!  Then I searched by “Brown” box and came across these eyes from Opium, and they are called Tintable Brown, so they DO begin with T, so a bit of a cheat? Perhaps.   I did tint them slightly, they are a basic pair of eyes and it’s cool you can tint em, doesn’t matter if they are blue or brown, you can make em any colour you want! WOO!

For the outfit I wanted a casual look to match the casual hat/hair combo, and I remembered that Cani had made some open jackets recently, and in my mess of an inventory there they were!  “Them Bones” open jacket… shown here in Grey, available in more colours at the store, this Jacket can be worn alone, for that sexy cleavage showing look, or you can put something under it and just use it as an overjacket, choice is well and truly yours!

There are three (or two, technically) pieces of this outfit from the lubberly Sinjun of EtchD, the pants are Tomboy and if you don’t own these, you should!  A nice pair of checkered (or is that houndstooth? I’m wank at patterns) pants with prim options if you desire, the only prim bit i’ve chosen is the skull buckle, but you get pant bottoms, strings and patch options too!   The other piece (s) is the tattoo, it’s really a one piece, I suppose as it’s just one tattoo on both the undershirt and underpant layer – Tangleweed!   I love Sinjun’s tat’s, I think they are pretty hard to be rivalled, but then again I don’t really do a lot of tat shopping, so maybe i’m missing out!

The final piece of the ensemble are the boots, these are from Sinistyle, Krius is indeed my boot dealer.  These are the Trespasser Beware boot, and they are the ones with all the barbed wire!   Makes for a really sexy kick ass look, and they come in options also, I’m wearing one rusted, and one regular boot, obviously you can match, but I like to be a bit odd sometimes (yes, sometimes, shup).

So that’s my T outfit, I think it meshes well!

Other T’s that I would like to mention are uh… I don’t quite know, i’ve got mental block!  Travelling… have you been travelling? I would have loved to have done that, but I chose to settle down at like… 17 and had my eldest at 19/20, so I never really got the chance to travel, although i’m not convinced I could live out of a backpack and eat like a student for months (I like my luxury foods, sue me!).

Ok, I guess I should go, Sian is whacking my ceramic breakfast bowl with a steel spoon, that might not end well! EEK!
