Citrus Goodness!
So, the lovely Kat asked me to blog Orange, so here it is, in all it’s citrusy glory (or as damn near as I could get it AND liked 
)
Firstly, orange eyes are a bit of a nono unless you want to look like you’re about to shoot out firebeams at people, but to me, in RL Amber is orangish, browny orange is what i’d call it, so I opted for Tuli’s Amber Eyes. The thing I love about Tuli’s eyes are they come in two sizes (the larger shown here) and they have the most mesmerising speckles on them!
The skin is an older Gala skin that I believe is no longer available, but that doesn’t matter because her NEW skins are BEYOND awesome, but that’s besides the point *gets back on track*. This is from the older Gala line and is Psuedorange, it’s a nice light on the make-up style and the “orange” is more of a “peach” but I often find less is much more, and in this case, I think doubly so!
The Hair is the new and most awesomesaucetastical hair from Gritty Kitty, we all know that Noamtaters rawks and this hair is just one of the things that makes Noam fab. The Creative Hair, shown here in Rust is a lovely style with two paintbrushes holding together a tucked under bun type style (I believe, or IMO that’s what it is, shooosh), with flat chopped bangs for that more modern look. New in stores, go get yours now!
The outfit is just a lil something I threw together, starting with a pair of Jeans I love from ETD, part of a set and not available on their own these come with a bright orange belt and are a lovely done pair of trews! The belt matches the brightness of both the bag and boots I chose to wear, the Hobo Bag in Patent Orange from Celestial Studios (which comes with four different types: shoulder anim/non anim and hand anim/non anim) and the Rainboots in Orange from ETD! I know you’re thinking wtf rainboots?!? But pfft, I love em and hey, I could go out walking in the rain dressed like this, so . The top is from It’s All Good and is the cut version of the Plaid Halter Top, I have to say it looks a bit like the pattern on my old bedsheets, but hey, I chose them for a reason, they rocked! I love the top and the only thing I would change about it is some more shading around the boobs, not that they need enhancing but shoooosh.
So there you have it, Orange in all it’s tangy tastefulness, I love Oranges in RL, I love OJ, but most of all I love Blood Oranges, no i’m not psycho (like SOME people) I just like the reddy taste (yes, the red taste).

Yep, FINALLY Kari is open, it’s been a long time coming and a much anticipated opening and it did not disappoint! Menno finally opened the doors to his gorgeous store, and although the inventory is quite small compared to some more long running establishments, they are tip top quality and cheap to boot!
Nothing in Kari is over $L250 so you can shop on a budget and look sexy at the same time!
I don’t think the pictures do the goods justice, first off, but hey, I’m all tired, bored and sad cos I didn’t make it to the Plurk/SL RL meet, my baby is not settled and I couldn’t risk leaving her 
but that is besides the point and let’s get back on track *stops ramble*.
Kari is a store that caters for both men and women, the Jeans, Hoodies and Hi-Tops are all unisex and come with Large and Small attachments, and you can click to adjust the size too! I had a really hard time choosing what to buy, but I was determined, for once, NOT to by the entire store.
The Hi-Tops i’m wearing are actually an EXCLUSIVE pair, available only at Celestial Studios, but you can find oodles of pairs in Kari if pink stars aren’t your thang in many, many styles from the more dark and macabre to the fun and sprightly!
The Hats from Kari rock, srsly. I don’t really *do* hats, but I had to try these and OMG I think i’m in freakin frackin love! They are colour change click on command thinger whatsit and they are superbly made, really professional but oodles of fun too!
The Dolly and Fire Hydrant are one of the coolest props i’ve seen in a long time, and we have Torrid to thank for the awesome poses on them, the Dolly comes with 5 that you click to change, and when you click the Hydrant you can change the colour, which is useful if you want to use it in various scenes 
Overall Kari is fooking awesome, and Menno has done a splendid job and I (and the rest of the grid) look forward to more releases, MORE I SAY! (not until Book 13 is done tho, kthxbai – KGB RULE!)

A Deeper Shade of…
Red?
My sissles requested a Scarlet blog post, so I did my best to find something that I loved, looked good in and was… Scarlet!
Firstly I pondered if I should bother with Red eyes, and I thought well, this post is supposed to be Reddish, so better had. Of course I opted for the CS Unnatural Series Red eyes, they aren’t glowing demon red, they are a more subtle red, but I still think you wouldn’t find these on someone in RL
The Hair is a style from Gritty Kitty and is Deadline, it’s a shorter hair style than i’d normally put on, even though I love short hair in SL, I find myself always drawn to longer styles for some odd reason. It’s a more messy style, so I guess thats why I love it so much, I likes to make a mess It’s just Deadline in Red, a lovely colour that doesn’t look like you’ve got a headwound but doesn’t look like a really bad dye job either!
The Skin is from ROSEMAR and is a Speciality Makeup that was released, number 2 in the series actually and I decided to buy it in the Twine tone, and if you want this you gotta hurry, because the Creampuff skins are soon to disappear!!! I love the softness of the skin, although I found it hard to choose a tone I liked that suited me as well, but eventually settled on Twine and then bought a whole bunch of em I’m not sure if this special makeup is still there, but like I said, they are ALL going soon so if you want, go get!
For the outfit, I put this on, I put that on, I put the other on and eventually settled on Artilleri’s Miss Degregorio in Red, it’s a sexy little shorts number, with a Red top and some rawrtastic leopardskin shorts, all settled off nicely with a smexy belt! Paired with that I put a pair of ETD’s Ballet Flats in Red.
So there we have it, I don’t know if you’d actually class it as Scarlet, I think Scarlet is a bit deeper than the Red’s I have on, but do you know how many people have a “Scarlet” product and when you put them all on they are totally different?! TOO MANY! THAT’S HOW MANY!

Intermisson!
I’ve been working on a blog post for what seems like forEVER, but i’m waiting to get my PS onto this new laptop, which is taking a long assed time -.-, so instead i’ve decided to do an “Intermission” post… which is basically a crap post to feel like i’ve blogged something and I don’t feel so bad about not blogging, not that many ppl apart from the usual crowd do anyway, it’s not like i’m queen blogger of teh worldz and everything will blow up if I don’t post, sadly. I’d like to blow up a few things for shuuuures.
Do you ever have “those” kinds of days where you just hate everything and everyone? Well not HATE, just get irritated. That’s the day i’m having, well I have many of them but they rarely get to me like today. I’m feelin a little out of sorts of late, I dunno why! Maybe it’s cos my RL is gunna change when I go back to work next week *sobs*, or maybe it’s other things, I really can’t pinpoint it and it pees me off!
I feel so out of touch with SL, I kinda took a hiatus when I fell pregnant and slipped out of the “limelight” so to speak, not that I wanted in there in the first place OR ever classed myself to be, and I was happy with that, but now i’m back and it seems so much has change, I feel out of so many loops (that apparently don’t exist ) and everyones moved on along different pants (paths, but I left the pants typo in cos it amused me ) with different friends and different interests, and I really don’t bother to log in much nowadays because of that, and yes yes, I know… you make your SL what it is, and I do enjoy logging in and spending pretend money on pretend clothes, but lately I just feel like I don’t belong there, it’s a bit of a shitty feeling, it has to be said.
Long gone are the days where I log in, buy or get something fantastic and can’t wait to blog it, I do miss those days, but then again I don’t, blogging is such a double edged sword, but now everyone and his wife are friggin “fashion bloggers” and it’s a label I never really wanted and wouldn’t really be in a rush to have again, I just miss the appreciation of posting something people enjoy, maybe? Who knows! I wish I fucking did!
Everything I used to have to myself in SL, that I was actually half good at.. everyone else does now.. I made pretty pics… everyone else does, I blogged fashion.. everyone else does, I make friends… everyone else makes the same ones and gets friendlier with them than *I* ever did and they run off and have babies! (ok, long shot with that one, but 2 seemed a measley number of things to whinge about PMSL!), I guess I just miss having *something* to myself, something that *I* rocked at that wasn’t that widespread, but I am thinking back a few years, and SL has grown lots since then, so I guess it makes sense.
Maybe I just don’t feel I fit in anymore, so everything seems so shitty, I blame hormones, let’s blame them and men, why not???
LOTRO is still good, but i’m kinda just trying to cling to enjoying it with my fingertips as I wait for Mines of Moria to come out in October, I think maybe i’ve overkilled a bit on it, so my interest in that isn’t waning it’s just… stalling? I dunno I still play on it and like it but I go thru spurts of liking it and spurts of not bothering to log in at all, which is all good, I get blue XP that way
RL is great! Apart from the goin back to work bit, that sucks balls, but it has to be done, so i’ll suck it up and take it like a man (I can assure you I have NO penis, srsly).
Ok, that’s my intermission rant, which I could have shortened to: I FEEL LIKE WANK ON SL, I’M BORED WITH LOTRO (at the mo) AND RL IS DANDY! KTHXBAI!

Peppermint!
That was my first request for a colour, the green that is the “Peppermint Aero” colour… I kinda call that light mint green, but I guess it depends on what your perception of colours is/are really.
I trawled and I trawled, and I eventually came up with a look that was half Aero, at least!
Firstly I chose the Willis Hair from ETD, mainly because last time I wore these bits together, it’s the hair I wore and it suited! Plus the texture I chose was “Greenie” which is an old, old texture, I think plaits are the perfect casual hair-do and that’s what I was aiming for!
The Eyes are from one of two places that my Eyes are normally from, this time it’s Celestial Studios, and they are part of the Unnatural Series and are Lime! I always think of Lime as a super vibrant green, but I guess they can be a darker colour too, depends if you class the skin or the flesh as the Lime colour you’re aiming for
The Skin is one of my fav’s from way back when and it’s from Gala (who we all need to poke with sticks to get more out! ASAP!) and it’s from the “Rita” series in the Medium Tone and is also called Lime! It has nice vibrant eyes, which I find very attractive in a skin, although Smokey is most peoples fav’s, it’s nice to have a change! The Lips are super buff coloured, I dunno if super buff is a colour, but it is now, they are just flesh like and look very delicate!
The outfit is actually all from the same place, Irainbow. I assume that place is still open! It’s stuff by Indie Rainbow (if you didn’t know) and is from the hand drawn side of clothing, which I have never been a “huge” fan of, but am growing to love it more and more! This top is actually in my *FAVS* top folder, and is called Something Fishy, it’s a basic greeny tank with cute lil fish on it! It’s superbly casual and if you don’t own it, you suckkkkk! The pants are Cargo Pants from there and come with 2 prim cuffs and a prim tie waist, they are simple, but awesome!
I didn’t choose shoes, cos well.. I didn’t see the point really, I don’t LIKE shoes, even if I own a billion pairs, as you will know by now most of my blogs are shoeless, it’s my thing
I love Peppermint Aero, I love @Kittyliscious (oh dear, plurk mode) and I love GREEEN!

Zoinks, It’s Z!
Well we finally reached Z and I didn’t give up! Wow, I have the attention span of something with very little attention span normally, so YAY!
I thought I might want to make Z go out with a bang and a huuuuuge post but no, I just want it OVER lol, it’s another one of those HIDEOUS fooking letters of the alphabet that have just made me miserable, POO ON YOU, ZEE, ZED, Z!
Before I start, there will be new posts… and the next “theme” I am choosing is… colours! Now… it’s going to be a bit tough as i’ll be mixing all sorts of weird greens with other weird greens etc, as i’m pretty sure there won’t be a ton of shit in my inventory all made out of “snot green” but you never know your luck, eh.
So, that being said, let’s get back to Z! It WAS a bugger to do and in the end I was so stabbity with it (and everything) in general I half gave up, sorry >.>
I will admit to start, the eyes are not Z eyes, I had none, not ONE! So I picked the eyes I already had in (ahahah that sound sooo bad) and they were the Celestial Studios Mirrored eyes in Hazel, yup there’s a Z, I WIN! HAAHAAHA *has gone slighty insane*
The hair is by the lubberly Zoey Pinkdot of DDD fame! I bet she’d never see this blogged again, it’s one of those hairs that’s been in my inventory for a loooooong time and i’m proudly donning it again as both a homage to Z, and to the lovely Zoey and her talented hubby, Ninja! I dunno if you can even still buy this hair, but hey… too bad if you can’t! It’s a loverly do and I’d like to see these guys try their hand at it more!
The skin is by Amby of Naughty fame, and is the Zoe skin in the Light Tone and makeup is Glaze, it’s a VERY make-up light skin, which to me looks odd on me, especially with the lightness of the tone too, there was once a time you’d see me in NOTHING but gothy or china white skins, now I seem to be all about the tan! This skin is uberlight, and I did have a problem getting it to look remotely good in WL, but then my new fabtop doesn’t have my WL settings lol annnnnnnnnnnnyway, it’s a lovely skin, the only problem I had with it was that my eyebrows were considerably dark for the tone of skin, but to be fair, I don’t know if I could have modded them, I was lazy
The outfit was an absolute PLEASURE to wear, and it’s “Zambia” from Shai! It’s actually a swimsuit, but I regularly wear the top with a pair of jeans! It comes with the gorgeous prim ruffles you can see and it really is a lovely thing to own, so if you don’t.. got get it!
So that concludes Z, it was short, and not very sweet, but it’s a bar steward of a letter and thank GAWD it’s over!!!!
The final “jerry’s thought” as sis put it is about Z is I guess Zander! It’s my name and I wouldn’t change it for the WORLD, I don’t think Willow Peregrine or Willow Tiramisu, Willow Oh or any other Willow Something would suit me, really… would it?

Why?! OH Y!
Man, I can believe that Y has already rolled around, but it’s good, cos that means there is only Z left to go and as I start work again REALLY soon, it all pans out quite nicely
I did have a bit of trouble with Y, it seems the latter end of the alphabet SUCKS, c’mon ppl start making some obscure lettered thingers!
I decided on a style from Zero Style (or 0 Style, if you like) for the hair, and it is Yaya, shown here in Golden Wheat. Rei Gully makes some awesome hair and her newer textures are absolutely gorgeous! Yaya is a style that lists high up on my fav hairs in SL list, it’s so soft and beautiful, and very sexy!
The Eyes are from CS, and are part of the Unnatural Set again, this time Yellow Cat Eyes, not that you can really see them, but I think you get the jist of them from the name, yellow coloured cat eyes, would you have guessed? WOULD YOU REALLY?
The Skin I chose is by Popfuzz, of.. .well… Popfuzz fame. These skins are really nice, shading is good in all the right places and there is a huge choice of makeups, I chose this particular makeup because it began with Y, yes! Y! It’s part of the Sparkle set in the Pale tone, and it’s simply called “Yellow” as the eye makeup is a really nice greeny/yellow dealio!
The Outfit is really plain and simple, it’s a set from Tart and it’s Yoga Set in Green, it came in other colours but I figured with the Yellowy eyes, green would go well! It’s a simple outfit consisting of a top and some capri’s in a matching colour, perfectly casual for moments when you just CBA to doll yourself up!
So that’s it for Y, yeah, i’m getting lamer aren’t I?! But zOMG the latter letters SUCKKKKK as i’ve already said.
The other Y i’ve been dared to talk about is Yiffing.. Yes… Yiffing. WTF is Yiffing I hear you ask, well if I DO hear you ask that, I will assume you’ve never dated a Cabbit or been to a sim where Foxes like to fly around in Spoons (long story, don’t ask).
Would you Yiff? I wouldn’t, i’m sorry but I can’t imagine running my hard, sweaty, leather type paw up and down someone’s fur, or licking them in the nads and coughing up a ball of the non fleshy variety (not that I do the other often, or well, ever…) but each to their own and all that jazz, Yiff on my frienbds, YIFF ON!
