Steampunk?!
I dunno what ideas I had about Steampunk, i’m competely tarded and know nothing about it at all, but I never imagined to find such awesome clothing as this in a “steampunk” store! I am in LOVE! I have been to League before, a long time ago and purchased a few bits and bobs, but when Arbs took me back and I had a proper look, I was gobsmacked and I think I bought almost teh entire store and made a HUGE dent in my Linden Balance! DAMMIT!
One of the first things that caught my eye was the outfit i’m wearing below….
It’s a set called Steampunk Apocolypse v.2 and it comes with sooooooooo many pieces, not all are shown here… mainly because I forgot to change and then of course SL kicked everyone out and now my inventory is missing… but it also has a bolero top and prim attachments and other lil bits.
The one thing I was disappointed in with the outfit is that it came with the legwarmers but no boots, but FEAR NOT, I put on the boots I got with another outfit, well the base of them anyway, and that worked just as well! I have been DYING to wear my Nature hair from Magika forEVER now.. but with leaves in it it’s not really a regular everyday hair (i’m anal.. sorry!) but when I saw this outfit had leaves woven into all the lil bits I was like OH EM GEE *digs for hair* and I think it actually matches quite well, no?
Arbs also took me to Milk Motion, again i’ve been there before but BLAH shopping on my own I get bored and wander off, but i’m glad she took me back, I purchased the Alice skin.. I’m not overly keen on the body shading, as you can see my cleavage looks powder white compared to the rest, but I do love the face, I think it’s really cute looking without being overly realistic. There were demos and I did try them this time, but I fell in love with the face, so body shading be damned, it’s not like I get naked anyway.
Overall it was an expensive but FUN shopping trip and I do love our weekly shops! It’s been a short blog post, but hey… I stepped down from my blogger step a while ago and my legs just aren’t long enough to reach the heights that bloggers have shot to (lulz), but I try

Look of the Day…ish.
Helllllllllllllo everybody… i’m doctor wil… oh wait, I mean oh HAI! Today is bought to you by the letters I and S for I SUCK. I’m probably one of the crappiest bloggers about these days, i’m slack and boring, perhaps that’s why nobody classes me as one either *violins* lawl I KID! I’ve been poorly in RL with the tonsils but here I am and i’ve decided I neeeeeeeded to blog this kick ass look, NEEDED TO!
I started off with the hair, I wanted to wear it and I wanted to find somethin that looked a lil kick ass to wear it with. The hair is the special edition Justine hair from *0* Style, and it only comes in this shade, I wish there was a blonde one, but hey, I think I look pretty cute brunette, so yay! Of course when I had the hair on my blue eyes seemed to not actually match as well, so I was in the Coquette store and saw these GORGEOUS multicoloured eyes and thought YES… MINE.. so I snapped them up and oh my god, i’m in love! srsly!
I tried on so many skins trying to make myself look pretty and ugh I couldn’t settle, ones i’d previously fallen head over heels for just didn’t seem to look good on me anyore 
I went through skin after skin and ended up leaving the Belleza Brooke on, I love Belleza skins, no matter which skin it is it seems to be perfectly flawless and the shading isn’t too overbearing, and well, I just foopin’ love ‘em! This is makeup 7 in freckles, the freckles aren’t too much either, so if you’re not a huge fan it’s not a big deal (which it isn’t anyway cos they come with or without so SHOOSH!)
What was I going to put with my newly found love of Brunette hair and the darker shade of lips rather than my neutral? I KNOW… first stop was the top from Winter Moons Disturbia set, I love this set soooooo damn hard, I was chuffed to bits when Arbers released it! I think it’s sexy and not too revealing, and let’s face it sometimes one can show too much flesh (I know, I am guilty! ), I plucked it from my inventory and then knew what was next, my staple pants of late… the Refuge Leather Pants, they are just too hot for words and match anything remotely dark and sexy… so on they went too.
I almost had me a look by this time, only to perfectly topped off by the boots Arbers had taken me to buy just a couple days ago, the OTK Boots by Coquette and an EXCELLENT steal at just under $L200!!! They are available in a handful of colours, I just opted for the regular safe Black, to finish the look just a BIT more, I popped on the Collar, also from Coquette for just that final accessory.
I think I look pretty damn hawt if I do say so myself and well.. that’s about it really!

… I GOT ME.. A SUPERAWESOMETASTIC BOW!!!!
I love LOTRO, and I love my LemonPiercer (yes, we gave give our weapons names, I have the LemonPiercer, the LemonSlapper and Mr Pointy… although i’m pretty sure people inspect me and think i’m crackers but you should read some of the others names for things 
we have fun shoosh!) … and I have been dying to get a bow in LOTRO for ages and find a Hauberk and my lil elf ears and just OMG I want to build LOTRO me in SL (geek out) and I have found STEP ONE!… THE BOW! (I could so kick ass in this outfit with that bow so don’t even MENTION how unbowmanlike I look or STABBITY IN THE FACE TIME!)
How did I find this bow?? Well we were in Dutch Touch (me, arbers and vici) and like the grown up pair we are, I dared Arbers to tell the Bow Guy I loved his Bow… so she did… and we giggled.. shamefully! and then giggled MORE when he was telling her about his variety of “bows” )
The place actually had Legolas’ Bow but it kinda sucked… so this is just a quick post about my SUPERAWESOMETASTIC BOW, ignore what i’m wearing, it’s ALL about the bow, baby.
The SUPERAWESOMETASTIC BOW is actually called Bow of the Recluse (which is so fitting, right?!) and comes from Harbinger and Stormie Designs which is SUCH A NEAT PLACE if you like weaponry, they had spears and a slingshot! Arbers got herself a demo one of those and borked it, tsk tsk. It’s on a Gor sim, apparently, we found that out when we logged in and I consider walking around on a leash for wifey/bbffszzz Arbers, but we decided to just fly thorough whilst in ims with each other going OMFG BOWWWWWWS, or at least *i* did, both Arbers and Vici were like “uh yeah! NEAT! *pats*”. Is Gor about bows cos if so? I’M SO FREAKIN’ THERE! I really am scaring myself at how excitable I am to have found this!
I just wanted it cos I wanted one really, but it seems to do such a HUGE range of things, which quite frankly it should as it was $L600! I managed to bind Vici in some ropes and hide her beneath the floor with my capture bows, this kinda makes me wanna go play with the big boys in damage areas, but I don’t like to die Tping is a bitch without tping home every 2 secs cos some 18yr old whupped your ass with a tin opener. Look at teh awesome stance I can do (I really should read the instructions, I dunno wtf i’m doing with this thing)
So yes, this is my excitable post about my SUPERAWESOMETASTIC BOW from Harbinger and Stormie and really, the waffle you’ve just endured is all I have to say. If you want a Bow, Dagger, Axe, Sword, Spear or Various other weapon/armour stuff, YOU SHOULD GO!
Next time I blog about my SUPERAWESOMETASTIC BOW, I swear I’ll look the part! PROMISE JOO!

I am soooooo sorry!
I am SUCK an effin’ slacker! I know I’ve said this a billion times but I just guess I lost my mojo to blog for a while I guess that what comes of like… not blogging anything of importance and just blogging your daily outfits, after a while it just gets bleeeeeh when you cba to change! (ok that’s a lie, I change ALL the time )
So from now I am goin to try and do at LEAST one blog post a week, whether it be random or something of actual use, honest!
For now this is a look I just threw together, i’ve been wandering around for a few days a bit more dressed up than usual and srsly just wanted to throw myself into something casual desperately so the first thing I did was put on a nice regular tank top and pair of jeans!
The top is part of the Kari/TW Collaboration project with all the New School goodies! I love a plain tank top more than anything, i’m the same in RL! The jeans are from Celestial Studios, I think these are the jeans I wear most, although I normally wear a different wash, these are the Dingy Wash worn with the bootleg prims that you can’t see (go me!)
With the Skin I decided it was time to go a bit paler than normal and Gala does one of my favourite milky coloured skins, so I popped on the Glow tone with the recently released Silent Night makeup, it really is a milky looking skin and the makeup is some gorgeous satiny blue eyes with neutral and a lil glossy type lips!
The hair is from Refuge and is Sereena shown in Light Platinum, a gorgeously light blonde with both sculptie and regular prims and some of the most wonderful texturing! It’s a long style at the back with with two lil ponies up and on the sides.
That sorta concludes my stupidly quick and boring post, but it’s a foot back in the door and I will be shoving my whole head back in soon! (I’m getting over severe tonsilitis gimme a break! )

I have been SO slack lately, but you know what I won’t apologise, cos I won’t mean it I’ve been having tons of fun in LOTRO and let’s face it, logging into SL is getting to be a bit of a hit and miss with anything working lately, so i’m happy to seldom visit at the moment! Anyhoooo, how is your 2009 treating you so far? Mines alright, can’t grumble (ok well I can, but I won’t).. have you any resolutions? I DO! So let’s see:

Learn to Drive
Not Drink (except for special occasions)
Lose A Zillion LBS without thinking it will magically go with the help of fairys.
Spend more quality time with my kids WITHOUT “The Rage” when they are sods

Try not to care as much what others think, or at least.. pretend (I fail this.. EVERY.YEAR)
Sort my Inventory (srsly, what once was anally tidy is now a bombsite )
Try to be more Sociable (I’m shy (yes, SHY -.-)
NO MORE EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTERS!
Yeah, that’s pretty much it, i’m keeping it simple in the hope I can actually achieve half of them without wandering off to something shiny.
