Hair we go agaaaaaaaaaaain…
I know, all I seem to do is post HAIR. But in all honesty that and skins are my two major hobbies! But i’ve decided starting from next week I will start throwing out random posts again, like maybe the alphabet posting will continue, orrr a look of the day, or a colour based blog… I dunno! Something more than what I do now, which is basically… post about hair >.>
So consider this not the last hair post, as I will still post about hair… and skins… and stuff… but the last post that is just purely new items! WEE! Time to go back to random blogging LotD style blogging, I had uber fun doing that!
Evie, Madison, Mavi, Mia
Truth strikes again, four luscious lots of locks for you to buy! The four styles are very different from each other which makes for either one great release or one “I wanna poke you in the head for making me spend my lindens” release… The curlytop Evie is just gorgeous, and I can see this being used in retro shots for a long time to come, Madison is one of my fav type of styles with the small quiff and long luscious flicky out locks, Mavi is probably my fav of this release with her messy do and Mia is a shorter style with longer bangs and asymmetrical look. All wonderful, I think you’ll agree!

Finaaaaaaaaallly! I had uber meltdown when my hard drives died for good (AGAIN!) and scowled something fierce annddd the boyf decided to just install new ones! This means most of my weekend was spent whinging like a child “is it doooooone yetttt?” after everything needed reinstalling!
I really just wanted to get on, sort my turtles, delete the rest of my chickens and take some pics, so that’s what I did!
My first stop for piccies was the new fri.day hair! They released some scrummy goods on Saturday including hairs, jewellery and clothing, i’ve chosen to just show the hair for now so lets have a look!
From L-R:
- Lucy – A gorgeous ponytail up high on the head, it hangs beautifully and realistically. We all know i’m not an uber fan of hair without fringes as it makes me look like a bit of a slaphead, but that didn’t stop me now, did it?
- Lucy.2 – A 2nd take on Lucy, this time with bangs! WOOT! I do love me some bangs. I particuarly love the bangs on this style, kinda skimming my eyeline in that sexy peeping out from under them style, with a slight parting in the middle. I also love the wisps of hair coming down by the ears in both the Lucy styles!
- Mika – Mika is an over the shoulder style. A long haired beauty but swept to the side, she comes with some lovely bangs too! I think this style will be an excellent choice for photos as well as everyday wear!
- Rashelle – The final of the 4 is probably my fav! Rashelle is a longer style with long bangs covering just one eye, sitting over the shoulders in a sexy manner. I adore this style, its sexy, it’s sassy and it’s gorgeous!
Next up some more Truth! That guy never stops! Do we want him to though? Probably not

- Katey – Oh hellooo pretty girl! What is with all the to die for bangs this week?! I freaking love them! A pretty simple longer style hair with a razor cut feel and those sexy bloody bangs!
- Rose – A really nice up-do with pretty, wavy bangs framing the face. Rose comes with the option of prim roses in four different colours that can be attached for that extra pretty feel.
- Vivian – I’m not sure how I feel about Vivian, I like it… but i’m not sure it’s me! I love the way the prims flick out at the back and I love the way it frames the face, but I don’t think it suits mine, damn my face!
- Voshie – A sexy, loose Princess Leia style bun thinger going on here with a braid going down the side and tucked behind the ear, subtle but sassy, for those of us that like something a lil different but not too off the wall!
Ok, so now for some skins! I saw Staged Skins at the little skin faire that was held recently and fell in love, but never got a chance to visit the store, by some miracle I was given the honour of receiving a review copy of a new and upcoming skin – Elizabeth (2)!
Lets take a look first at the faces. Individual makeup names can be seen if you click the picture and follow the link 
This is shown on my alts shape, as she needed a bit of tweaking and I decided she looked faboooo in it. The lips are just simply irresistable and kissable, with a slightly wet look they really rocked my socks. The eyebrows are gorgeously shaped, the nostrils are wicked and the eyemakeup is smouldering and sexy, whether you choose the barely there styles or the night vixen look. The cheek shading is a little harsh but I think that looks pretty sweet, I do love me some blush! The faces on Elizabeth are without a doubt, rocking… and I can’t wait to see more come out, and perhaps in a lighter tone (coming soon btw)
Now the body, which is NSFW
Staged is one of those skins that looks like it’s been worked on endlessly. Now if you read my blog regularly, you’ll know i’m not one of these people that zooms in on every seam possible unless i’m doing a beta review, I’m sorry but I don’t get naked in SL very often (or on purpose) so I only really check out in detail the bits I know will be on show!
The first thing I noticed was the cleavage, it’s a beauty! Not too dark like you’re harbouring a bit of boob-despair but enough to look like you have a pretty good bra on! Next I noticed the belleh… it looks toned but not muscular, then it was the legs, you can almost see the shading of the muscles, it’s terribly realistic, along with the inner creases of the knee, the bum/back dimples and the shoulderblades. It’s all beautiful. I have no bad words about the shading and I didn’t notice any seams. Elizabeth somes shaved and unshaved, you can guess which I chose
Overall, i’m super excited with the skin and can’t wait to see more!

Barcoded… and Artilleri’d?
So, if you know Makenzie Irling you know that she’s a super dooper photoshop type personage, I’ve been admiring her flickr page for a while now, and gazing lovinly as plurks pictures of her home decor skills… well she’s gone a step further and now has a store! I bring you… BARCODE!
I moseyed on over and picked out a few things, I could have bought the entire store, as it’s all *so* reasonably priced, but I had to have a LITTLE self restraint, didn’t I? Under the pic is the blurb, we’re working L-R as usual:
All tee’s are available on a variety of layers for mixable maximisation! I won’t waffle much, you can see what they are… super sweet, super wrinklededed (as in textured, not like… wrinkled and creased… (unsure))tee’s…
- Anchor – A brilliant blue long sleeved tee with a picture of an Anchor! AHOY MATEYS! Or something like that.
- Merlotte’s – I work there, oh yes I do! I don’t really… but if I did i’d so wear this shirt, cos maybe it would mean I could boink Sam
- Seagreen Plaid – A lovely plaid top, available in a few different colours and each comes with cute puffy prim arm prims
- Team Bill – A lovely blood red for a lovely bloody vampire… although I dunno which I like more…
- Team Eric – … so that is why i’m fickle and CHOOSE BOTH. I refuse to choose Edward or Jacob so I refuse to choose Bill or Eric… HMPH
- TMNT Drugs – I like TMNT, I like drugs.. no wait…. I don’t like them! I like to breed turtles too, so this was the perfect tee for meeee! Everyone needs the TMNT to tell them NOT TO DO DRUGS! (If you’re ill, you should get meds tho… thats ok!)
Not only does Kenzie do tee’s she makes some pretty swell dresses too! There is just one below, but a few to choose from!
This is the Bow Skirt in Rose Pink! I love it’s stripey top and I love the lil sculptie bow around the high waisted skirt, sorta like a baby doll but not quite, it actually fits my ass! The top also came with lil prim puffy sleeves buttttt they kept disappearing… looks good without tho imo!
So there you have it, I put the SLURL in the name up top and if you don’t go I am going to think you’re silly, you probably won’t care.. but we’ll pretend you do.
Whilst I was on a shopping frenzy (ok small trip) I decided to pick up Artilleri‘s newness too, how could I not?? Not only is Antie a total sweetheart, fellow Twilight obsessee… she also makes some of the most rockin content on the grid!
On the left you see Wilma. She’s a classy little number that comes in many colours, I opted for Yellow because thats how I roll. The pattern is cut and interesting and different, which is what I love about Antie, she makes such rad stuffs! The belt is cute, the skirt is cute, even the prim collar is cute (and it comes with two attach points WEEEE)… I do love me a little Wilma.
I think I love Kitty more tho (person and dress )… This dress is also available in an array of colours, this time I chose two, then decided for just a few lindens more I could of bought the fatpack and had them ALL, DOH! The shading on these is impeccable, the texture and shape of the skirts is ADORABLE.. and you get two options, with or without poof!. I think this might be a new fav dress of mine…. time to dig out those heels and get dancing, bayyyyyyyybeeee.

A few delicious bits for you here today!! First up the cutest of the bunch (or at least the cutest for my head of the bunch )
These are the new Haute Bunny ears from Church of Luxe! Are they not the most adorable thing you’ve seen in a while?! Inspired from RL runways, Lo has made these beautiful ears not to make you a rabbit hybrid, but just to make you an extra cute human! Adorned with pearls they really are the bees knees, on the left you see the small version and on the right is the large, both different as you can see, but both equally as I NEED THESE NOW KKTHXBAI-ish.. right? RIGHT!
Next we have some goodies from StoRin! Not a new store by any means, but Annah has been busy working away and making it all nice and shiny with new images and new stuffs! Now these aren’t all new by any means, but they are all awesome.
First up we have the Codie Dress, it’s not often I fall for something that uses a system skirt, I have a lot of junk in my pixel trunk and I like to leave it there, but I put this on and was pleasently surprised that it looked good without any tweaking! The Codie dress is available in Black and Red but as you can see has a hint of both anyway! It comes with various layer options for optimised mix and matching and you get the prim collar and prim cuffs too! A gorgeous wrap style dress finished off with a sparkly waist belt with bow at the back, schweet! The middle picture is of the Luna Clutch Bag, which in itself is worth having but it matches the dress wonderfully! It comes with hand held option, underarm held option and no animation option!!
Next we have a couple of singles! On the left two pictures you can see the Berry Highwaisted Jeans, a beautiful set of denims complete with sculptie leg attachments! I love the highwaisted look in SL, perhaps because I can’t pull it off in RL, and these are a pair that I think we should all own! They have a beautiful hand drawn look to them right down the the stitch piping, just scrummy! (Oh and they make your ass look fab ). On the right are the Colby Capri Shorts! A basic pair of Capri’s with prim cuffs. These come with the belt painted on, so you don’t have to go searching for one to match! Pair them with a nice beater or even a shirt to make yourself look sexy, yet subtle!
Now some new goodies from Pink Outfitters, the whole set released was given the title Cusp of Fall, and were meant to look like items you can wear as Summer fades and Autumn begins… when you’re not yet chattering your teeth, but you’re not stripping down to your duds either!
Firstly we have the Billie Lace Top paired with the Patchwork Shorts! I love this top! It’s one of those shirts that looks totally casual but is helped into the sexy column by adding a touch of lace. You can see the shading on the front and the back and it’s bloody perfect! It really looks like you’re wearing it, I do love a bit of realistic shading! It’s most definately a top you can pair with jeans, a skirt… or even shorts! So lets look at the shorts, aren’t they adorable?! Shown here in Neutral and Blues, the shorts are quite obviously (by name AND look) Patchwork and I love them! I love the infusion of hte colours, allowing you to wear a spectrum of colours and having your shorts to match!
They also look pretty rad with the Cher Sweetheart Sweater which you can see below! This might be my new fav Sweater!!! It’s stripey, it’s sexy and it’s sparkly! OK.. it’s not actually sparkly, but if you look at it, doesn’t it look like it sorta is? Is it just my eyes? Maybe they’ve turned sparkly… EITHER WAY… it’s gorg. It comes with the small cowl style neck attachment, which I think is the bit I love most!

I.AM.NOT.SO.ALIVE!!!!!!
I thought it was fitting, as my last title said I was, I NOW AM NOT. Well that’s not technically true, I am alive personally, but my PC is refusing to boot *again* and to top it all my internet cables are trapped under the hallway floorboards, so every time we move, we risk knocking it off, YAY! Not.
Anyway enough of the WOE IS ME, I have stolen my daughters laptop (A.K.A – My old craptop) and I downloaded SL and well, I didn’t manage to do much, but I tried to take some pics of stuff I wanted to blog about, so yeah, here we go againnn… oh and before I start I never managed to get to the fri.day sale but YAY for permanent lower prices, that should make the masses happy, yes? WOO!
ON WITH THE SHOW! (I apologise if these are lo-res, shit or whatever… take it up with my bf )
First up are some goodies from a new store. *FakE*. It’s the dreamchild of Dream Resistance and Sabina Takakura and it’s not techinically new, but the store was more RP clothing before… but they’ve branched ouuuuuut. I do NOT have an SLURL, i’m sorry but this heap won’t take me logging in again for at least another hour, I could fry and egg on it.. but they both have plurk lines (their names!) and there is a blog here.

Frosting Dress – A really sweet little number with a flexi prim skirt and bows adorning the straps (real ones, well real prim ones ), with cupcakes all over it, HUZZAH foooor cupcakes!
Meow Shirt/Meow Pants – I had a bit of a job fitting this shirt, as it’s got a prim bottom, but it would just require fiddling with, other than that I love it! It’s really sweet, especially with the button prims on the chest too! The pants come with matching buttons and two leg prims, basic bits but really nice.
Played – My fav of the bunch, a sweet and sexy dress, checkered for your delight with a wee lace trim at the bottom. The prim fit like a gove without any adjusting and you could totaly mix and match this with leggings jeans.. whatever!
Flutter Top/Cords – Another top with a prim bottom, this time a lil ruffled one! I really like the top, it’s boho casual imo and is perfectly paired with the pair of FakE’s Red Cords! The Cords come with prim bottoms too, really well done ones!
It’s a lovely store where nothing is over $L200, i’m sure you can find something you like…. I will update with an SLURL as soon as I can!
Ok and what else do we have today? TRUTH HAIR, THATS WHAT. I think a picture will say 1000 words and the stampede will be heard a mile off.. so HERE IT IS:

So HELLO THAR dresses, we have two here… on the top we have Beckon and Beckon II and on the bottom we have Winsome and Winsome II! Both dresses slightly differ as you can see, but both come with each skirt option shown! I particularly love the Beckon skirts with the tie bow waist! It’s attached to the skirt too, so no faffing with extra prims! The shapes on the Winsome skirts are also lush, like tiny lil flowery type shapes!! I am in love
Now, the sneaky peeks from Fusemelon! I blogged it a while back… it’s the new Philotic Energy, reworked and uh.. newness … I sincerely apologise for the pictures… I couldn’t TP for these, and don’t try and work out what it says on my sofa, Laura did it! TUT!
These are two new hairs, on the left is Another Trance and on the right is Two Hearts, they are both wonderful styles, both wonderful styles, Two Hearts being a kind of ponytail, although it looks like its held in place by a clip and just cascades down instead of a run of the mill pony, andddd Another Trance is a lil different, with it’s poofy spikeyness but all bought together in an adorable way with the bun on the back, bits sticking out here and there… AWESOMESAUCE.
I am really sorry that this is not a good quality post with my pictures but don’t let that detract from the awesome they contain! In the next couple of days I will bring you Storin goodies… and I will be on my PC if you all cross your fingers for me

You might wonder why i’m happy i’m alive… apart from *obvious* reasons (like cake, and beer).. I am happy to be here because my drives totally died and I cried a bit, but enjoyed RL, and then I forced my BF to make it work and right now i’m running from an external, but I wanted to blog the small bit i’d managed to take pics of… I am anal about things like that! So this will be a short wordy post (I’m always doing that lately, I’m sorry!) and yeah… that’s it!
First up, I have a confession…. I have NEVER been to Malt in SL before *gasp*. I know, I am FIRED! There are *so* many stores I make a list to go to and *so* many I never make it too, because I am glued to my skybox … ANYYYHOOOOO, thanks to the lovely Sophia I got a bit of a push and HAI!
There is an abundance of goodness there and I only picked up a few things… like the Wild Willow Tunic… oh HAI pretties! I love the belty skirt on this! GORGEOUS! The Knit Sweater was another MUST HAVE, it matches perfectly with the prim cuff capri tights I picked up there too! I love that the sweater has two different necks. I know… these aren’t *new* but it’s my first time shopping there so SHOOSH!
Next up is that Truth man with his hair again! All gorgeous *again*…
From L-R: Claire, Gabby, Heather, Jaden, Sileny. I think my fav on this release is definately Claire… she’s a shaggy mess and hawt! Jaden comes in two sizes as it’s unisex… GOOOO UNISEX (Thundercats style!). I’m sure in like a few days i’ll have another bunch to show you
Next we have some skins from Adam & Eve! Portia is a new release, as are the Asian Inspired Mei Li skins at the bottom!
Portia comes in 4 tones and these are just three of the makeups available: Evergreen, Kitty and Natural. I really love the lips on Portia, they are kissable and divine.
All skins come with freckle option, which is gorgeous! I can’t help but laugh everytime I look at myself in freckles, it reminds me of a comment I got on STD once saying I had “poo splatters” on my face (and other venomous stuffs)… to the person that sent that in (don’t think I dont know *wink*) that was the best comment EVER and made me chuckle for what.. years now? THANKYOU!…. ANYHOOO.. yes they come with freckle option and the come with various eyebrow options (colour wise) andddd hairbase (as well as the usual pubic undies etc!)

These are the 4 and 10 faces of the Mei Li skin! See the eybrow differences? The gorgeous lips? The lovely blush?? These skins are awesome! I don’t have a lot of use for Geisha skins in SL but these would be on my list to buy for SURE!
