Beauty Festival!

If you’re a fan of the fake-up, Beauty Festival is a must-visit for you. I’m sad to say that I can only give you a quick intro to the goodies on offer today, because I am attempting to chase the cat out of my suitcase so I can leave for the airport on my Bi-Annual Parental Pacification trip. In other words, visiting the parents in England before my mother explodes from impatience. My dear sister, Willis, will be presenting you with more yummies from the festival tomorrow and I’ll have more to show you on my return.

Anyway, unnecessary information aside, there’s some fab novelty makeup for sale. Below is the metallic eye paint from BOOM; silver and gold come in the pack and both are a gloriously messy experiment in tearful eyeshadow application.

Also available are lots and lots of different lipsticks from Mons, including this pack of candy-coloured offerings. Pretty!

Next a sample from Pididdle’s selection, the HyperLips in Wild She. The pack includes a version with teeth and one without and both are highly detailed and very wearable.

And finally a piece from cheLLe, one of the organisers of the festival. You can wear these henna tattoos on one side of your face only or both at the same time, depending on your mood.
