I only realised just now, while uploading this week’s colour picture to Flickr, that there is a certain amount of close-but-no-banana in my choice of dress. That would be the British flag, not the Irish one. Still, we all know how I feel about bananas when it comes to this challenge, so I am nevertheless content.

We all know how I feel about Willis’s knicker penchant, too, but that seems to do me no good either. Anyway! On to the pretties:

A little bit of sunshine was just what I needed this week, even if just in the form of colour. It made a nice change from the days and days of snow. When ‘iron’ came up as a colour, Arbel suggested we all dress up in armour and look deadly and gorgeous all at the same time. She did a wonderful job of it, unlike me, who didn’t own any armour and had to resort to a dress that looks a bit chain mail-like and a sword I begged from a friend. I did better than Willis, though, who isn’t wearing ANY ARMOUR AT ALL. Naughty. She has a banana avatar but no shield?
