Ram it in!
Yeah.. no, sorry about that title, I was trying to be clever about this post, because it’s mainly about HCE’s Zodiac! A new Aries round is upon us and I am exciiiiited!
The Aries round of Zodiac brings us so many gorgeous goodies, I could barely contain myself. I’ll try and not be TOO super chatty, but give you all the info you need. Firstly the pose I am using is one from !Bang… they have two pose sets out for this round of Zodiac, both very cute and each with 5 poses. I’m also wearing a most divine corset from Perception, it’s a really vivid blurple kind of colour with constellations and stars and oh it’s so cute! It comes in many size options and even comes with additional/optional lace top which gives it that extra bit of sexyness. Of course I was naked from the waist down but figured you guys didn’t want to see my lady garden, so I popped on a pair of Erratic Leather Pants! The hair is from Ploom and they look like cute little ram horns, aren’t they ADORABLE?! The daisies are optional and just give that extra girly look, I wanted to fatpack but I had to slap my hands! More about the other stuff below.
The skin is from Essences and is as gorgeous as ever. You get a choice of 3 makeups in 3 tones and all with additional goodies like appliers, brows etc. Essences skins are looking so great, I’ve been a fan of the brand for a very long time and Inka does a wonderful job in making such cute and gorgeous skins. These are all very pure and natural looking and look great with IKON eyes, I find they really bring out the gorgeousness of the skin, but then I may be biased 
ADORE AND ABHOR YOU GUYS… SUPPLIED THESE! AREN’T THEY CUTE?! They come in gacha form, with the white diamond one in the middle being the rare, they are huggeable little sheeples! I can’t even with how adorable they are, they come scripted so you automatically hug them and hold them in your arm and they look like they have little cupcakes on their head and omgggg their eyes and their little dangly arms and legs and hooves and things. You can also get a pack for FLF, those are the four shown below. Never to be sold again! GET THEM!
Finally a couple of annoucements. This gorgeous picture taken by Isla Gealach of Cheeky Pea is a teaser for the upcoming “The Garden” event from The Liaison Collaborative! The Boutique (which is still going on) has proven to be one of the most lovely events with so many wonderful goodies, I do love a good event and these girls seem to have that in hand. So just a sneaky peek of the gorgeous build!
Finally Erratic has moved just across to Le Look and are having a 50% off sale so you make sure you find it! How awesome is that. A store full of goodies at half price. WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?!

I saw many a reference to a 7 Random Facts MEME… so here I am with mine! You won’t get credits for the picture because it’s a random of me and Bunsis, but if you want to know anything, just hollah <3
1.
I’ve been in SL for 9 years this May, NINE!! I often wonder if that’s a good or bad achievement. I wouldn’t change signing up though, I’ve made some rad friends over the years.
2.
I’m very sensitive, I may joke around and pretend that I don’t mind things, but I do. I don’t have much confidence in RL or SL, and I get really upset and genuinely hurt by people that are mean, not just to me, but just mean spirited in general. I’ve recently been *very* upset about something that probably wouldn’t bother anybody else half as much, but I just try to be happy that I’m a good person, who tries her best to be just that, in both worlds.
3.
I was once in a publication about SL, with an Inventory Sorting article! My Inventory is now a complete shambles and I am ashamed of it, I can’t even bring myself to sort it for more than 10 minutes at a time.
4.
I don’t rate my fashion sense or my pictures at all. Probably not something a blogger should admit! But I try my hardest to make a good, clear, clean picture.. so I just do my thing, the way I want to and occasionally try to step outside my comfort zone
5.
I am not very socially comfortable. People often assume because you can be quite sociable on other platforms, like Plurk, or Flickr, that you must have oodles of friends. I do have friends, but we very rarely see each other. Infact when the picture above was taken, Madi was probably the first person i’d physically seen in SL for over a week! I’m a hermit. I don’t often like it but it is what it is.
6.
I don’t like to cause a fuss, whether it’s an undelivered item or a double purchase. I would probably just count it as an accidental loss instead of asking about it, unless it was like $L20000000 lindens.
7.
Blogging is really all I do in SL, I haven’t got a home (although I do rez them for pictures! and loveeee to collect them), and I don’t really just ‘Hang Out’, I tend to log in, do my thing, log out. I go through phases, at times I want to log in daily and just tinker in around with looks, sometimes I don’t want to log in for days at a time, although I do if I have something to blog.
See, I’m a very boring, over sensitive person. How inane! I loved reading other peoples though

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree…
DIGS have some awesome Christmas stuff out just in time for the holidays. This Northelyn Christmas Tree comes in Silver, Gold and Red! Of course the colours are the ornaments and the little rug. It comes with control for the lights as well so you can turn them from blinking to static, and back again! I think that’s a really lovely touch and I love that about lights in RL, the blinking! Also released are these cute little Solveig Candle Holders! They come in a set of 7 and are all scripted with a one click on and off function to turn the realistic flames on and off, as you can see they give off a lovely glow! Such cute miniature houses! The skybox I am standing in was the last Lazy Sunday offering from Cheeky Pea and is a really cute little space with baked on shadows!
Of course some of my baubles were too big for the tree, that’s because Luna of Bang! made her balls massive! *insert troll face here*. This cute little set of poses come with a mesh oversized bauble as a prop, I had fun making goofy faces trying to ram it into the tree! You may have seen my coat and boots all over teh feeds already, they are from G-Field and are new out and are just SPLENDID! They have a ton of options you can change and fiddle with and they both come in an array of colours. I picked up pink and black for the coat! They are changed by HUD too, so no million pieces of clothing in your inventory, yay! Also worn is the upcoming hair from MINA for My Attic at the Deck and let me tell you she is BEAUTIFUL! A neat, ladylike updo in all the usual colours complete with resize options on the HUD, these blunt cut bangs are just perfect!

Culture Clash at Around The World
Around The World, an event inspired by all the cultures and fashions on our fair planet, is in full swing and packed full of unusual treats. Each region has its own section but, in the spirit of the melting pot that Second Life has become, I have mixed and matched my nationalities to my heart’s content.
Above is the Antique Pakistani Furniture available from Senzafine and, to match its abundance of rich colours, the Tango Dress from Has Been. Posing items being, of course, in abundance at Around The World, I’m using one of the Strength mini-set poses from !bang.
A little more mellow but no less inviting, the Zen Garden Skybox from Ziau features your very own Zen sandbox and original poetry for your contemplative moments. I’m wearing the Seattle dress from Geometry with the Aussie Ugg Boots by Intrepid and playing about with the African Child and Malkia posing sets from Motionless, which come with a handy HUD version that I’m sure will be every photographer’s delight.
For those of us with bulging virtual closets and a hunger for more, you’ll have no trouble keeping your eyes on the prize at Around The World. Above you can see the Fur Poncho on offer from Orquidea, the Say It! New York cropped sweater from Apple May and the My Faithful shirt from Intrepid, all worn with Intrepid’s Patriot Jeans.
These are but a small fraction of the goodies on offer. A Concerto of Awesome
That title really doesn’t work, but it’s there, so you’ll have to deal with it!
This gorgeous Piano pose prop is one of !bang’s Cinema item and I am just now getting around to getting it out of my inventory, I thought it would look perfect with my new dress from 22769 and I couldn’t resist trying to take a pic a bit out of my comfort zone AKA: not in my skybox LOL! So I popped it down on my decking and took in the beautiful surroundings, sadly I had to do this all alone *foreveraloneteardrop*, but this Piano is built for two baby! It comes with a variety of poses, and they work for couples too! Lovely jubbly.
I couldn’t justify just leaving that picture without getting a few better snaps of my outfit and ensemble! So… this is the 22469 dress for Zodiac, it comes in four different variations and I fell in LOVE with it as soon as I saw it, it’s so gorgeous and different! I am not a huge “dressy” person, but this… this is fab. I paired it with the new booties available from Decoy, also a Zodiac item, you’ll find a bit more about them at the bottom of the blog! I haven’t taken off my Pink Fuel skin (well I have, but I soon put it back on) from Costume Ball yet.. IT IS SO EFFIN GORGEOUS! I CANNOT DEAL! and I squee’d earlier when Hely posted a teaser of the Costume Ball hair so I have that on too!
The hair comes in two variations, with and without mask, in all the usual colours and gorgeousness. You also get a solitary mask to wear with the without version, but I wanted a clean shot of my face. An absolutely STUNNING hair, and the mask is colour change so you can match it to anything really and it’s glittery. YOU HEAR ME PEEPS? GLITTERY!!! A fantabulous updo for any occasion, but I really do think it tops this look off perfectly.
The booties from Decoy are some stunning pieces of meshwork, they really are! I am amazed more and more each day by what can be done with mesh, and these are no exception! Highly detailed and stunning, they come in three colour choices: Red, Brown and Black, each colour pair has two sipper choices: Regular and Zodiac. The only thing I would change about these shoes, is to have an option of gold or silver zipper detail and studs, I am not a huge gold fan, but that is the most miniscule of detailing and definitely nothing to put me off them! NO!

LoTD – 22/10/12
Just a simple LoTD for this post, I feel kinda.. summery in this, which is odd considering it’s now Autumn going on Winter but THERE YOU HAVE IT, the joy of SL!
I knew before I even put this look together that I had to wear the new High Rise Skinny Jeans from The Secret Store, they are available in several colours, but I fell in love with Mint, Green and Yellow are my favs and these are just lovely! The badonkadonk on them is also amazing, but I’ll leave you to find that out for yourself.
I, then, of course, needed a top that fit with High Rise Mesh Jeans! I went to my old buddy staple top for these occasions from Tee*fy, one of my most fav tops EVAH. I knew I wanted to wear the new Mina Hat/Hair that is currently available at My Attic too, a gorgeous style with a big floppy hat, and that went just wonderfully with the Hodgepodge Satchel from Evolve.
So, I got myself half a look! To finish it I wore this gorgeous Starfish Choker that will be available real soon from the lovely Caelan! She’s been working hard and making jewellery and this piece is just divine, I fell in love with it and was having a bad day and she gifted it to me! I was sooooOoooOooo touched, lovely thought, ty Cae <3!
My skin is from Lara Hurley and is the Joy skin that is currently available for FAIR only! I chose to wear the Pale but it’s available in three tones, and each tone has a handful of makeups! This is pink, she’s a beauty!
To top it off I wore Izzie’s Flower Flats, my Slink hands and popped and locked it in a !bang pose!

The Autumn Bodyguard
So a few weeks ago the delectable Harvest Denzo set a challenge to blog with someone completely new, someone you have never blogged with before, I was a bit shy and was like naaah, noone would want to post with me! They’re all sooo awesome and I am a bit shy anyway, but to my surprise the lovely Katya Valeska asked me to post with her!!! I was sooo excited and happy to be asked, I might have squeed my pants a lil! She has a wonderful blog, an eye for style and is one of the most genuine, lovely people I have ever had the pleasure to talk with! We really only knew each other from plurk, and I am happy to say (and I hope the feeling is mutual) that I class her a friend now and plan on bugging her constantly
Finally we got together and I asked what to wear and Katya simply said “comfy autumn!” so, me, being not one to conform to anything that might actually make an ounce of sense, rocked up with what you see below, to which we discovered I looked more like Katya’s bodyguard than anything else, but we had a giggle and I couldn’t stay online long as I was referring a fight over an iPad between my girls, but I had a lovely time and I’m glad she dragged me out of my skybox!

Shhhh… It’s a secret.
When I first found the Secret Store, many moons ago (or at least a few), when it was relatively new, I srsly thought it was called The Secret Store, because it was a giant secret.. NEVER TO BE TOLD, then it dawned on me, nothing stays secret in SL for long, not even if you blog it and refuse to give up details.
It’s one of those stores that I love, but I don’t wear all the time, the type you pull out for special occasions, I don’t know why! I guess because I’m a casuals kind of girl, or naked.. that works.
The items in the store range from cute casual, to sexy smart.. and a lil of everything else in between. The newest item that caught my eye were the new Lovable Pumps, so I worked a couple of looks in around them.
This is one of the cutest dresses I think I own, and the texturing is just divine! It comes in various textures/colours but I opted for this super sexy peach lace one. It goes perfectly with the stripey pair of the Lovable Pumps that I just HAD to have, I didn’t actually fatpack, but there are 4 packs to choose from and ugghhhnnnfff I want them ALL!

I also wanted to try and pair them with a more casual number, so I picked out one of the new sweater dresses and popped on the new ripped tights from Erratic and slipped on the Brown pair of Lovable Pumps! I think the look works just as well casual as it does sexy! See, shoes for every occasion!

Then I saw, in the corner of my eye, the bag I wanted to buy ages ago and forgot to (srsly, I am rubbish, I need a list) and I was like ALSDJFALSDF MUST HAVE. It reminds me of Monsters Inc, which is one of my all time fav kiddies films, so I purchased that while I was there and went on my way a happy bunny!
The new Lovable Pumps are resizeable mesh, so don’t worry about them not fitting, just worry about what you’ll wear with them and which ones you’ll buy. There is the cuuuutest pair with clouds on that I was hovering over for ages, but I just didn’t know what i’d wear them with. Might go back and buy them naked, tbh.

SL Blogger Support – Tea Time!

This post is about SL Blogger Support, and the awesomeness that is the Designers Looking for Bloggers!
The SL Blogger Support website is a site full of helpful hints, tips and walkthroughs, photography tips, and general helpfulness. There is a whole section dedicated to Designers Looking for Bloggers, where designers go to put their wares forward, or at least they alert you that they are looking for bloggers, designers don’t just go there, the girls over at SLBS keep a list of anything they find and put it all in one, useful place. If you visit (the link is at the side of the page here) you will find there are handfuls of wonderful designers, both new and old, looking for bloggers all with different specifications, ways of applying and all offering different things, very generously. One of those stores is the store I am going to feature here today, following the simple rules they set:
Tea Time is a store that is reasonably new to me, I own a few bits, but the store is growing and branching out and is now looking for bloggers, I thought I’d give it a go, what have I go to lose?! The specifications for this particular blogger group invitation (possibly) is to
1. Have a high quality of editing - ok, so my pics are basic, and I edit minimally, but I always try and make sure the pictures are nice, clear and show the product well).
2. Your blog must be on a minimum of 2 feeds – I think most blogs these days are, although I know feeds have their own rules before they accept your submission.
3. Blog must be at least 6mths old or high quality if new – I don’t think this is unreasonable! Bloggers come and go, sometimes it’s nice to know, if you are going to give your items to people to showcase, that you are not just a one trick pony, I get that.
4. You have to be original – Now I am not sure I qualify for this one. I mean I am me, and that is all I can/aim to be. I might not have the most “original” look, but still, it’s worth a shot!
5. Your style should be in the style of Vintage “Tea Time” – Not entirely sure what this one means, but again, what does it hurt to try? I don’t look particularly vintage, but you can try and make a whole vintage look around yourself, if you want to!
You then must upload your images to the Tea Time Flickr Group and live in hope that you are one of the chosen 15!
So it’s as easy as that, really… I am giving it a shot, I encourage you too, too! It is disheartening when you aren’t chosen, I recently had this myself with 2 blogger “contests” I put myself forward for, I didn’t expect to win with so much awesome talent around, and my heart did sink when I didn’t get picked, but you have to dust yourself off and try again, if you so wish!
Now for the awesome items:
This mesh trenchcoat is a gorgeous Autumn piece, it comes in various colours but I chose this delectable duo of greens and rusts with leaf motif for my look. It’s something I like to think i’d wear in RL, if I could pull it off. It comes in various sizes and is just gorgeous.
This is on offer at the moment, for a limited time, for only $L50! It’s an oversized sweater in one of the most vibrant, gorgeous patterns! It comes in various sizes, as with the coat above, and I found an XS fit me best, it’s like I’m losing weight in both worlds! I think it’s cute on its own, but you could pop it over denims, leggings, or even a pair of cute shorts and tights. It makes me feel as adorable as it makes me look.
Finally, Tea Time do not only do clothing, they do bags, makeups, and jewellery! This gorgeous Vintage style beaded necklace is something I found lurking on a side wall and instantly fell in love with. I wanted to show it as plainly as possible, to not detract from the gorgeous patterns on it, so I simply popped on one of my fav Izzies skins and Elikatira hairs and wore this bad boy naked!
So there you have it. My attempt at telling you about the awesome SL Bloggers Support blog, and my shot at becoming a Tea Time blogger.

Friday Friday… GOTTA GET BLOGGING ON FRIDAY!

I have a pretty picture heavy post today with a huge array of goodies for you that I am tryign to get blogged before it’s 2013!
C88 is SO full of goodies this month, it almost (almost) renders me speechless!! This is the Trompe Loiel Skybox. Cory never fails to amaze with the quality of her work, this skybox is definitely something to behold! Maybe not your every day house filled with a kitchen and laughter, and kids and dogs, but it’s a beautiful, stone castle type dealio. I really wanted to put on a ballgown and just frolic around in it, I didn’t though… BUT THE THOUGHT WAS THERE! Amazing work, as usual!
These are also from C88 and are the Ison shoes! They are colour change/texture change, so you get everything you see here, in both textures! I did have a hard time matching my darker skins to the feet, I don’t know why, it’s probably because I just can’t ever match things, but the pale preset matched quite nicely to my Glam Affair Artic skin, so I lived with that. A beautiful shoe that is a welcome addition to my wardrobe!
Both Bang! and Adorkable have poses out at C88! There is a set of Masquerade poses from Bang! and a Pinwheel set from Adorkable.. and more! I haven’t shown all the poses, but I popped on the jacket from Boom and felt the urge to pose. All the poses from both ladies are gorgeous, as usual! They come with the props too, so you’re good to go!
It’s FLF timeeee! Glitterati has some of these FANTASTIC poses out complete with fun mask/glasses/nose prop ala Groucho Marx! I LOVED THESE!!! I put on my sillest face and snapped the pics, adorable poses and hilarious masks in several colours. Gotta love that nut, Katey!!! <3
Finally a new release from Erratic! This blouse is the bees bloody knees! It comes in SO many colours, with just 5 shown below (and the one above) and all the usual sizing options. It’s a stunning number, well textured, well fitting, unfff, I just love it! I think it would look great paired with a skirt, or leather pants, or just the jeans like I have on! I am definitely going to be shoving this with a ***** at the beginning of the folder so it pops up at the top! OH YES!
