She Thinks She’s Made of Candy
hey ho here we go! Sorry that song is stuck in my head. A quick Lazy Sunday post today coupled with a Look of the Day, I felt like logging in and taking a picture! I’ll start with the prettiest picture I have taken in a while… (please click for a bigger picture)
The Lanterns in this picture are the current Lazy Sunday items from What Next! They are so cute! You can get them in either Dotty or Natural and they come in a variety of colours, both hanging and for the floor. I wanted to do a bit of a different picture with these, sure you don’t normally sit on chairs on the water, but I like my dipping my toes in, and I just thought it looked pretty. After all this is Your World, Your Imagination, so why not let it soar once in a while? Also shown are the Lawn Chairs from What Next and they will be at the upcoming Arcade Gacha! I’ve seen a lot of promising pictures and it all looks to be wonderful stuff, well… most of it, there is always something that someone goes mad for, and something that isn’t quite you, but definitly is always something there for everyone. These can be placed down, but they are made for you to attach, so you can go anywhere and take a seat. They come in male and female versions and with various colours, not all being shown here! Winter has outdone herself with all these items, as usual.
This is my Look of the Day. I logged in it was HAIR DAYYYY… I haven’t gotten around to buying all the hair I want yet, but I did only nip on to take a super quick picture, but Truth has three new babies out, Haven being one of them! Really love how natural this looks, a little bit of a wave and a curl, but mostly a super simple long style. I am also wearing the Zodiac Item from Lassitude & Ennui and what a beauty it is! The Naiad Sundress, shown here in Ink but available in many colours, is simply divine. Simple and understand, yet full of character and so gorgeous, with a little halter neck style bow at the back, this is definitely one to stock up on in ALL colours. I also have a sneak peek going on of the upcoming Thursday skin from Essences, we’ve seen it a TDR Fusion and we are all eagerly awaiting her release, you won’t be disappointed, it’s going to come in a variety of tones ranging from porcelain white to darker dulcet tones. Hello everyone, just a quick post today as I’m all caught up in RL!
This LoTD mixes class with a bit of sass. A majority of my items are from events and I have been meaning to blog some for a while! I have so much to blog and so little time now I’ve started the Gym in RL! But hey, thats the way the cookie crumbles, isn’t it?!
I still haven’t taken off my Essences skin from TDR Fusion, I just LOVE it so much!!!! Especially paired with this gorgeous dress from Ingenue that is available at Collabor88. With it’s shiny metallic look and texturing, this dress is perfect at mixing classy with edgy and just divine. For a hint of cute I put on the Cute Poison Necklace available at The Black Market atm, it was originally a reddy colour, but it’s editable so I tinted it a bit to go purple! WEE! My gorgeous earrings are a MONS Group Gift and come in various metallic textures, I opted for Silver tho. My hair is an older Wasabi Pills event hair that came in 2 variations, this is Valerie 2 and she is a long ponytail style.
Now I must go to zee gym and swim! BAI! <3

Bees BEES!!!! CUTE CUTE BEES!!!
Bees Through the Seasons is a new event that will grace the grid 4 times a year, 1 time for each season! The event will last a month only and each Season a new batch of creators will be busy bees making new items, and there is a slight theme to match the season in the little bee garden. It’s a smallish event but oh eh GEE, it’s fantastic… if you would like to join the inworld group, here is your taxi!

I am lucky enough to be a blogger, so I get a bit of preview, all I can say is I tp’d, I spent a bunch of lindens, squee’d my pants and left. I threw together a look of the day with just a few of the items I have!
We have the most GORGEOUS dress from Ingenue, it’s available in an array of gorgeous colours, I chose only 2, but I have a feeling I may be going back for more. I couldn’t resist the Bow from Pididdle, ESPECIALLY the one with all the tiny lil bees on it!!! I’m lucky it matches my new gorgeous hair and didn’t need adjusting at all! The skin I am wearing is one of three available at the event from Glam Affair, the other two have a mix of black/yellow im them, this is a bit more subtle with glorious cat eyes and just the one black stripe. I’m also wearing some of the most gorgeous jewellery I have EVER seen.. more about that below.
These to die for items are from OhMai and OH MY… is not even enough to convey the amount of ASLDFJASLFASLDFJASDLFJ that happened when I saw them. I have taken a few close up shots of both the rings and posts in just four of the textures available. They are SO detailed and SO beautiful that you will not be able to resist, they are also suppppppppper reasonable, like, stupidly reasonable!! The workmanship on these pieces is just mindblowing, the amount of detail will leave your mouth hanging wide open, they are so beautiful that I could sit here and just copy/paste the words OH EM GEE, all day… instead I will just drool a little.
A lil outtake from my blogging, my new dog.. SAMMY BEE needed a cuddle. Yes people, it’s a dog dressed as a bee. You don’t HAVE to dress him as a bee, but why wouldn’t you, is a question I would pose to you. Of course Sammy is available from the event.

Collabor88 LoTD | New Amacci
Another Collabor88 Style LoTD today! Now, this looks like i’ve thrown it all together in a bit of a mish mash but there IS A REASON… I’m roleplaying this hideous cold I have in RL, and I dunno about you but if i’m just popping to the store and I’m half dead, I tend to just throw on what is nearest and lob on a coat. Well, I wanted to centre this look around feeling like that. C88 is full of wonderful items, and I thought these all worked wonderfully together as a casual look.
The hair is one of the 3 hairs from LaViere available and I love this one particularly because it comes in two pieces and you CAN get away with just wearing the headbase as a shorter style, and it looks bloody spiffy too! I paired that with one of the available Sea Hole items, this gorgeous texture top. Really love the texturing on this, which goes to show that texture only items can still rock it! I then pulled on the BOOM Manchester Threadbares and I wasn’t sure what colour to choose so I stuck to sensible Denim, I then pulled on the Ingenue Clodia shoes which are probably the only items that look a lil out of place but I was driving to the store so nobody would notice >.>…. I accessorised with two necklaces, the Santa Fe LaGyo Necklace with it’s beautiful chevron look and a non C88 item from Cute Poison, you can’t see it and I will do a better post about it, but it’s the cutest little atomic bomb there was. The skin is Glam Affair which I blogged in more detail yesterday, which actually makes me look like I have a cold. SO THERE WE HAVE IT.
Also new are these four styles from Amacci! Kajsa, Agnes, Mai and Karen! The first three (from tl to br) are regular releases and the last one is the Womenstuff Hunt item! All the styles are cute and similar in a way, but all different too, if you know what I mean! Kajsa and Mai are both bun/piggy on the side updos with lovely full bangs, and Agnes is a ponytail with a sharp, blunt fringe, all of them are beautiful in their own right and I do love the vibrance of the Amacci textures! I really love Karen tho, which is the Hunt item. It comes in three colours.. The Black shown, Blonde and Red. The headband is texture change with 12 different ones and each comes with a hairbase, as it’s that kinda hair. The skin is the Lianne skin from Amacci also!

LoTD – Sn@tch Style and a bit of Baffle!
A few things for you guys this time around! I’ll try not to waffle on much 
First off this first picture encapsulates the wonderful events going on at the moment and what you can gain from them (in exchange for lindens, obvs)! This beautiful arrangement of giant clock, chairs, rug, vase and cup of steaming coffee is available from this months FAIR event, and is from Baffle! It is a posed set, so you can sit down and watch time idle away before your very eyes, or you can put the clock on the wall and pretend you’re very tiny, whichever works better for you! The stunning coat I am wearing is from Baiastice and was one of the Cinema items that they offered, it’s absolutely wonderful. It’s not normally my thing, maybe, but I did fall in love. It comes with matching hat too, if you want to wear it and is available in many colours, I had to go traditional tweed tho. I really did! Finally the shoes that you can’t see very well (sorry, I did take a close up but it went all wonky) are from Ingenue and are for this months Zodiac Event! The skin is from Leverocci and is also an event item, you can get that at The Costume Ball! So there you have it, a bunch of events bringing you a bunch of goodies, whodda thunk it?
Next is a real quick LoTD style post, with MORE event goodies. YEP! This whole ensemble is rom Sn@tch, well the top and the jeans, and they are NEW items… which are excluded from the huge Sn@tch sale going on right now, BUT… I did pick up a bunch of other awesome, reduced price items!! I just couldn’t resist these too! I adore these jeans like whoa, and they aren’t even mesh! Get me.. oldskool Willis rocking the texture! 
The earrings I am wearing are from Glow Studios and are available TDRb, a close up of those below. The skin, once again is the Jem skin from Leverocci, a beautiful, whimsical looking skin, makes me look very smooth and young!
The hair is from LoQ and is also a TDRb item, and as you can see, it’s a simple pony, and you get the fatpack for just $L70! I can’t get over how much I love these earrings either, I’m not a huge statement jewellery type person, but these definitely fell into my love pile.
So there you go, a handful of gorgeousness almost ALL from Events. Who says events are bad? pfft.

C88! It’s commmiinnnnng…
It’s almost that time of the month again, a new round of C88! This time the palate is GORGEOUS:
So many colours I looooove!! I’m expecting GREAT THINGS, PEOPLE! I LOVEEE THESE COLOURS!!!!
I got a sneak peek at a couple of bits thus far that I already fell in love with, so I put together a quick teaser look! The shorts that will be available from Ingenue are just.. I can’t even express my love. High-waist, bow, big butted… GORGEOUS SHORTS… they go so perfectly with Yummy’s pearls, just one of many pearl themed items from Yummy! And of course not forgetting the Timeless Knee Socks from Kyoot, with lil prim bows! D’awww!
The hair is Wasabi Pills FLF item for TODAY.. it’s out in three unique colours for FLF, so make sure you pick it up while you’re at it! I think I look ADORABLE, I can’t wait to see more stufffs! <3 Remember C88 haS MOVED to it’s very own sim!!

Friday Night and…
something or other! I am blogging, not sure if i’ll be around much this weekend, my 4yr old has a “graduation” ceremony at nursery! LOL… so we will be there most of the day! 
Just a few more bits and bobs I snapped today while I had some “me” time!
First up we have a new skin from My Ugly Dorothy! This is Heather. I’ve shown her in the “Salmon” tone, but you can find two others in store. I love how fresh these skins look, not over processed, just.. natural, blemishes and all! They come with both lip and teeth skin options, and I’ve shown a mix of both. You get tattoo layers for eyebrows too! A really really nice skin for those of you that like a more natural/hand drawn look to your skins, kinda cutsey/young looking, love it on me, although it’s a bit different… I really do think it’s amazing how different a skin can make you look!
Next we have two new Truth hairs! Meet Elsa and Soleil! Elsa is the only mesh style this week, Elsa is just plain ole prims (feels weird saying that!) Really love the side bun on Elsa, very cute looking! Soleil is a lovely hair too, although I found it a bit big on me and had to resize a lil, but it still looked heavy on my head! Really pretty large up do tho, wish I could get my hair to stay like either of these styles all day!! Top is from Ingenue for FLF and is lovely too!
Next we have some Glam Affair goodies! The new TDR just opened up and this is the skin you can find there this time around, GORGEOUS! Really natural looking with some heavy blush and all for just $L70 or something insane (I think it’s that, I just click and buy now like a machine!). The top is also GA, and is available at Collabor88. I found the sizing a bit odd on me, my hands poked out through the sleeves like my arms needed to be longer, but I fiddled and faffed and made it work, because it’s just TOO pretty!
Now, Cheeky Pea and Funky Junk for FLF! I love furniture for FLF, hell, I love anything for FLF! The Cheeky Pea Memories Mirror is gorgeous, it comes in three different styles, and of course you can add your own pics instead of the ones it comes with, you can see me creeping on Isla in this picture . The Funky Junk Vintage Sideboard is another classic too! As you can see i’m leaning toward the drinks. HICCUP!
Finally we have a sneak peak from the Fashion Voodooevent that starts today at 6pm SLT! Belleza is one of the sponsors and has a skin out which is being sold with gorgeous smokey eyes and 5 different lipsticks included as well as smeared mascara on tattoo layers, you get two different mascara tattoos, but I put them together in one of the pics for a more dramatic look, not everything is shown here but a good start! You get cleavage tats/underwear layers too, 5 skin tones are available and each is $L1200
Also there will be Shabby Cat with these wonderful mesh tanks complete with winged skull, and an array of fantastic items from The Plastik, one of which is this skirt, which fit like a fookin GLOVE and I love… as well as more, but I’ll get back on and show you more of those later <3

3 x the Beauty!
This post is bought to you by the number 3! 3 looks I made from C88, that is!
First I put on the Ploom hair, which is lovely! Longer at the front with a lil band and shorter at the back and it looked lovely with the Hucci Dress! I chose the brighest one I could find, that I liked, and I love that the chest is so good on Hucci stuff, not droopy, good choices for size, infact Hucci is some of the best fitting stuff for me without tweaking, good job, Hucci!
Next we have hair from Clawtooth, a lovely long braid with heavyish bangs, what a lovely whimsical style!! I paired it with the outfit from Iren, which is like a corset with a lil pantie with it! Very cute and vintage looking, you can get the corsets separately, too! I put on the Yummy necklace, which you HAVE to check out, it’s so beautiful, it comes in silver and gold!
Finally, my fav look! The 2nd choice from Clawtooth is the same/similar hair, but without the bangs! well they are more to the side and it’s still beautiful!!! I paired it with the gorgeous yellow corset from Ingenue! This is one of my fav corsets in SL so far! The detailing is just wonderful, even down to the zip!!! Beautiful mesh work and wonderful texturing, YOU MUST GET IT!!! I finished off the look with Carolines necklace, which I blogged yesterday!
Vintage Fair 2012 – Thrice!! and.. FaMESHed.
Hiii, not just VF today you guys, I am also here to say stuff about FaMESHed!! So let’s start with that, incase I’ve Vintage Fair overloaded you!
These two looks are straight outta FaMESHed, one is from Cracked Mirror (CM) the other is from Geometry!! The CM Mambo Jeans and Rita top come in an array of colours and all come in various sizes too. The Rita tops come in three different versions per colour: full block colour, white top/colour bottom, black top/colour bottom! The colours realllly compliment each other on all the items and I effin LOVE these jeans!!! The Geometry Rorschach also comes in a great choice of colour options, I chose this understand duo as mine to show case though. Very pretty and perfect paired with my new Elikatira Studio hair! LOVE LOVE!
Ok, now I turn my hand back to Vintage Fair! These dresses from Ingenue… are just… unf I can’t even describe, they are floaty, they are poofy and they are just soooo awesomely textured. I chose just two, but I want the entire lot! I chose the Lime Dot, and the Songbird. They really are amazing dresses, and so well executed, I predict these will be HUGE sellers, I know I am going back for more!!! The Songbird one is my fav, such little pops of colour, subtle but sweet. I look and feel ADORABLE.
STOP THE PRESS. BEST RELEASE EVER FROM BAIASTICE. I cannot even explain to you how in LOVE I am with these. The Corsage Halter Neck and Lian Longuette Skirt come as separates and you can mix and match colours, or have a solid and look like a dress. These are some of the most stunning pieces I have seen in mesh, and Baiastice amazes me more and more each day. You can choose from 10 colours in each and they all come in various sizes. I love that you can mix and match these, or wear as a whole… although i’m not entirely convinced about my Lime and Gold combo, but eh… experimenting. Also, I have it on good authority (Gus!) that the ass is “sweet”
